Mashed Cauliflower & Chuck Roast

Hey Everyone! I'm trying something new here. I recorded a video of myself cooking and wanted to share it with you. The recipe is a modification of the classic roast with mashed potatoes. For a low carbohydrate version I substituted cauliflower for the potatoes. It was so good that my husband who is a pretty elitist when it comes to mashed potatoes, didn't even notice. Trust me, he would have called me out if he did!

Tangy & Sweet Sugar-Free Lemonade

I love lemonade but I don't love all the sugar that's added to store bought lemonade, and I definitely don't like when it's sweetened with artificial sweeteners. Yuck.

In this recipe I used powdered stevia. Stevia is an herb 150 times sweeter than regular cane sugar but doesn't raise your glucose levels so it's fairly safe for diabetics and other people watching their sugar intake.
