Cinnamon Pear Smoothie

This is a great smoothie to enjoy with a protein packed breakfast or as an afternoon snack. 

  • 1 bosc pear
  • 1/2 frozen banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until creamy.

Garnish with fresh mint and cinnamon sticks.

Serve this cup of goodness right away. Yum!
