Yin Qiao San is to be used at the onset of symptoms. It is best taken once you feel cold and/or flu-like symptoms coming on.
Symptoms may include fever, aversion to cold, sore and dry throat, dry cough, scanty sputum, sore and painful muscles in the limbs, body weakness, headache.

Niu Bang Zi (Fructus Arctii), 10g
Bo He (Herba Menthae), 10g

Dan Dou Chi (Semen Sojae Prep), 8.3g
Dan Zhu Ye (Herba Lophatheri), 6.7g
Jing Jie (Herba Schizonepetae), 6.7g
Lu Gen (Rhizoma Phragmitis), 6.7g
Note: This formula has the herb, Dan Dou Chi (Semen Sojae Praeparatum), which contains soybeans.
To be taken at the onset of cold and/or flu-like symptoms.
Take one teaspoon in warm water 3 times a day.
